Thom brings his past experience as a sales executive with an ABC-TV affiliate negotiating air time contracts with some of the nation’s top advertising firms to help market sellers' homes to get them the best prices.

Thom and Rory both moved to Jupiter from Northern New York in 2000 where they already had a thriving real estate business, so they understand what it means to make a major interstate move and to leave friends and family. However, the harsh winters and a couple of ice storms leaving them without power for weeks in January were the deciding factor for moving south.
